If you aren't doing the work yourself, make sure you vet contractors as much as you can.Of course look at their previous work, but also consider their responsiveness, ability to meet with you, years of experience, etc.

Noone here can give you any legitimate response without knowing the answers to those three questions.If you paid 1.6 million and put down 25% and now owe 1.2 million and the duplex will be worth 2 million dollars when its complete, then you can easily get a hard money lender to lend you on the property.

Haven't had to worry about this yet but I hear it makes it impossible to evict if you accept even a partial payment so I'm glad I can choose my settings to only accept full payments•I can set up rent disbursements from different properties to go to different bank accounts for bookkeeping purposes that's niceCons•My only big complaint is that I cannot set up a general application link, I have to use the RentRedi portal to send an email to "invite" individuals to apply one-by-one.

And no, you can’t charge extra rent or deposit for the ESA, but you can hold the tenant responsible for any damages caused by the animal.If this situation doesn’t sit right, it might be a good idea to explore your options with a lawyer, just to make sure you’re on solid ground.
