I listened to untold hours of Biggerpockets podcasts, which helped immensely, but I found myself doing things that Podcaster and books advised against.

Our current project is estimated to be 15%.Just a note, there is a directive from city council to crack down on unauthorized suites where as in the past there were dealt with on a complaint basis, now, they have a department (albeit immensely short staffed) dedicated to the task

I too have an immense respect for everyone's time and effort, but at the same time, I think that collaboration will pay off.I am going to keep pursuing finding the "right" agents.

Banks and lenders have been very successful at getting everyone to focus on interest rate, and have profited immensely because of it.I have yet to see any reasonable argument against doing a heloc as first position.
