I'm part of a healthcare sharing program instead of normal insurance, so I get reimbursed the $10k within a couple months.Some bills, including some property taxes, assign a fee if not paid on time, that amounts to a few percent for paying later.

I worked hard, MBA, 20 year tech career, so I could pay 100K a year in federal taxes for lazy and dumb people to get free housing, free health care and free food while they pop out more kids.

Or, should I look into a more 'secure' degree that will land me a position in the healthcare industry, and learn real estate through other sources?
