I’m going to be the first real estate investor on the red planet.

Most of the investors I know spend very little time if any owning these assets and move on as soon as possible to greener pastures.   

The employer match is the best investment vehicle on the planet (if you have a match).  

I used to save on a gym membership by going to the gym at school but since I live too far away from it now, 1hr, I used the local gym (planet Fitness) every morning at 5am.

That guy then dropped off the face of the planet and I felt so let down.

Now how much of an affect does that have on the whole planet?

Build my army of robotic minions and take over this planet of the apes.Eat amazing food!

You should check out Stephen Covey's book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"It goes in depth about what kinda of activities the most "Effective" people on the planet do day to day.

It was oddly mentioned by some poster here they never knew anyone ever investing in SoCal from OOS as if it was like planet Mars or something.

However, like every profession on the planet, you will have many bad apples, and a smaller percentage of the absolute best- the top performers.
