If not, it would be good to incorporate such language into future leases.However, before pursuing eviction, I think it would be helpful to talk with the tenants and explain what you are trying to accomplish.

I would recommend doing the research on landlord laws in OR and documents needed and how to get that process going for future tenants and doing it the right way, it seems you may have started that.
