I’m wondering if anyone has any contractor recommendations to build an outdoor staircase?

The city will have nuisance requirements, often times dictating the number of decibels that can be heard from a unit, or noise they are making outdoors.

You'll may need to have a kitchenette to make it more desirable.Could you setup/clear-out a picnic/grill area next to the creek as an outdoor living area for guests? 

Even the  ac unit outdoors is elevated 5 feet. 

Even marine grade outdoor fixtures will rust, everything rusts!  

BTW, congrats on the degree, my 17 yo son currently plans to get a PA after a BS and 6-8 years of outdoor fun.

There is enough to add maybe a third building with smaller units of around 45' rather than 60' or even outdoor overhead covered storage as there is a bit of that in this area already.

I purchased a few additional items to make it more desirable as an STR (paddle boards & added the outdoor area).
