Recently reaching age 42 I realize the need to leverage my strengths: speaking English, Spanish, Italian, possessing a class B CDL, computer graphics experience, tech savvy, verbal communication, and writing skills rather than rely on the low ROI of ditch digging.

Much quicker (and prettier) than drawing my own map, a quick Google search for "NC regions" turned up the following graphic.

I bet there are lots of tired landlords who would be willing to sell for a decent price to a "cute young couple" (play that card as long as you can, I do!)

It is a cute, quirky home on an acre in a very desirable and developing part of town.
