There are two more new construction projects going on within half a block of our project on the same street and countless rehabs like the one below.

For myself when first starting out having a licenses saved me countless hours in terms of how fast I could get in  and see properties,  then once I closed on a property the commission typically covered my closing costs. 

So then the game really starts for me I'm so ready.

With one person finding the property and securing it under financing and the other spending countless weeks/months repairing it and putting materials on net 30 accounts.

Still others will be serious "Gamers", and have multiple large, power-sucking gaming computers.

The countless horde on BP hears of those properties and says how envious they are of that property.

I've read all the BP books and listened to countless hours of podcast for years but I do lack the connections with experience and education.

Nonetheless, in this day in age anything can happen and countless lives ruined (dead and living) in the blink of an eye!!

I've seen countless pet restrictions that completely legal. 

I feel kind of dumb asking for guidance. through all of my countless hours of studying, reading, listening and researching, the one thing that I have heard or seen is that they had the help of a mentor to show them the ropes, and if you want to get into investing in real estate it would be wise to find a mentor.
