You need to know what amenities you need and how to differentiate each property to stand out among the sea of of competitors.

my house is so desired I am getting people go out of their way to make me offers...so they will get more offers.That is the 1 st scenario.A second scenario... they will go on line to see if this entire thing you are proposing is real.I can come u with a few more scenarios, but the end result is...Seller will go online and guess who they will find...Well if you were in CT...No matter what city:No matter what keyword:With 10X more credibility than you or anyone period. all over the net, with a ton of reviews, with a logo a website, a team, with a solid track record of houses bought and flipped.You are GIVING away your leads to ME.I am not joking..You have no idea HOW often I get calls starting with "Hey I saw your sign on the street,.. or hey I received your card in the mail".Ranking #1 on Google means not only do you get ALL the organic traffic, but you ALSO get a bunch of your competitors leads handed to you on a silver platter.OK who wants to keep on doing DMM...

Don't go with a basic title of the street the property is on, but add things that make people want to stay at your place compared to your competitors (ex. speed of wifi, pool, miles to popular destination etc.)

So I think they are looking at their Book value (not NBV) for their $2.8mm.Revenue- it has no pluses (extra land, convertible land, less competitor pressure, current rates are at market so you shouldn't raise). 

Since then, there have been many competitors introduced, but we haven't had a need to try them out. 

Any competitor who has owned their property a shorter amount of time will have less impact to any changes to prop 13.

We're all trying to stand out in a sea of competitors, who by and large do exactly the same thing we do.  

Maybe she a competitor and only stayed to write a negative review to drive more business her way?

Info and training regiments are always available online but I never say, "hey competitor, its not fair you can use these and be better than me in a race".

The system is my life, my goals, my business and the hackers are my competitors.
