Get the 10year smoke detectors instead of the cheap 9vbattery ones 

They don't smoke, drink nor do drugs and that is the most important thing for us.Everyone knows that the lack of money and/or the overspending of money are the biggest causes of problems with relationships.

id spend 100$ on mega millions lotto tickets and cross my fingers ...the rest of the money would be equally invested on mad dog booze ,Newport cigarettes and toothless prostitutes

You really need a *smoking* deal for this to work. 

The house needs a new roof ($8000) unclog the sewer pipes ($1000) and electrical work ($2500) and new smoke detectors on each side ($300).

I’ve started writing that I don’t pay by the hour when you’re on a smoke break since many smoke.
