If it contains none you have the proof that you are not subject to the lead based rules because you have no lead.You can tell my opinion of this "rule" but which would be cheaper, certification or analyzing each project?

It's so ridiculous here that the unions were able to get it so that if someone is a licensed electrical contractor by trade, and wants to work for another electrical contractror (so they're both C-10 Contractors) the one working for the other has to have an ADDITIONAL CERTIFICATION, requiring educational classes and you know it....

There may be a small gratuity / they require you to eat in it's in the fine print ... also menus are online for some Break down - $10 for $25 certificate -> option 1 for youchoose a coupon for $50 pay $25 inoption 2 better with friends choose a coupon for $100 pay $40 in certificates (you need to buy 2)Now I know this looks complicated but I have used several times and it does save quite a bit if you use it right.

But, it works for every one of us also, I'm SURE..What's amazing also, is that with this system, NO big real estate experience is required and it has nothing to do with buying tax certificates, short sales or foreclosures!
