I wanted to provide some feedback to the developersRequested features:- Save basic values from last calculation or default presents: interest rates, loan term, variable expenses, etc.- Small notes section to elaborate on property calculations, such as noting the calculation was based on a loan assumption or short term real estate strategy - Ability to edit name of calculation to something other than the address.

Below are all of the factors that play into these projects and why I have a hard time calculating a true and fair return % on them.- These projects are separate than unit interior renovations (most of these properties had units renovated 7+ years ago and that was easy to measure).- I want a market adjusted return/yield.

But their policy confuses me regarding refinancing (I assume BRRR play is prohibited and reached out to them too) I need to somehow calculate if the money saved is worth the velocity and freedom lost in being able to buy when and where I want and buy in the way that will make the best ROI.
