Unfortunately, you then have a catch-22 in that you don’t want to get rid of the tenant because of the cost of lost rents and to replace the tenant, but if you keep the tenant, the tenant could slowly bleed you dry financially.Outside of having bad tenants, I really do not have a “pain point”.
