As a PM with 1 LTR in my portfolio I have used a few different property management software platforms and thus far my favorite is Rent Redi.

I worked with them for about a year.Unfortunately I am not familiar with Brokerspot, connektor and the other platforms mentioned but I'd imagine most platforms are fairly similar to one another.

Show respect, and I guarantee it you will never be asked to show any proof of funds.. well unless you are fugly...then all bets are off.So my tip for you is... be cool mate.

Best bet is to look up self-directed IRA holders.

Does anybody wants to share their experience owning a condo in PUNTA CANA, Dominican Republic and rent it out thru ARBNB , other short term rental platform or with a property manager?

Also, how do you handle the signing of waivers outside of the Airbnb platform?

I bet this manager is ripping tenants off without owners knowledge.
