As an investor, I dont care what anything costs relatively speaking, I only concern myself with the return.

There were a couple of comments/concerns regarding the individual LLC Operating Agreements, and you certainly want to have the Operating Agreements reviewed to make sure there is nothing in there that might cause concern or problems between each of the individual owners, but the most important document would be a newly drafted Tenant-In-Common Agreement that governs how the TIC will be managed/operated. 

They want that money working day 1.Many of my investors making millions per year or higher at their job or business are more concerned about safety of the investment and the hassle factor ( variables in a syndicators pro-forma that could go wrong and the returns could not materialize like they hoped ).Someone mentioned office. 

Right now my concern would be how bad things will be at move out....how much I'm going to have to clean up and fix.

Additionally, her house is cluttered and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed or swept in months, so I  am suspicious about her claims of tripping safety and splinters.Questions:- Are her concerns valid complaints?

The cause for concern though is what if I don’t WANT to pay off that mortgage (like in an owner financed scenario) or if I just change the title to my LLC after closing - would the lender call my note due?

Consider going through all available information concerning a property under consideration and establish much detailed financial plan.

The "guy" in charge, was extremely concerned about the PRIVACY of the prospective tenants, wanting to keep as much info away from me as possible.
