I am looking for an investor friendly lender in Washington, specifically in the Seattle/Tacoma/EastSide areas.

I’m sure paying something for movers can be somehow credited towards your taxes next year.

There are some great homes in North Tacoma (the nice part of Tacoma). 

My clients have had a lot of success in Tacoma and the surrounding areas.

We have arguably nine major universities, a couple dozen local community colleges, eleven medical schools, seven law schools, and eleven theology schools that attract tens of thousands of students every year that don't use movers for their mini fridge and futon.

Curious if any investors (outside WA) are watching or interested in acquiring MF props in the greater Seattle-Bellevue-Tacoma markets. 

My cousin who is native to Seattle/Tacoma said that the Newport is showing strong growth as well and a lot of people are also moving out there too. 

If funding, contractors, local leaders and government continue on the agreed upon path, Sanford may very well be a hotspot for movers in the next decade.

@Jim Costa I ended up hanging my license at a Brokerage in Tacoma that charges $0 desk fees, or any other fees for that matter.
