Interesting you've mentioned the gurus and teaching seminars - I can't look at any website without an advertisement popping up promoting fix & flip education to the masses.

More often than not Home Depot has promotions on their consumer credit card (through citi-retail) that allow you 0% apr for 6,12, or 24 months, depending how much you spend.

They do promote a bit to join their club during and after the meeting.MyINREIA - No membership fee but is a smaller group.

Sellers/ brokers promote properties at amazing returns and don't include all the details. 

You may have to do extra networking and self-promotion to find what you're looking for but I'd say that is what you should go after. 

I have just been promoting it on social media for the most part. 

Hey Kyle,Sorry I thought I was clear on this in my last post, I spend a majority of it on how the benefit of the stock market is liquidity and opportunity, I talk about daily rebalancing and even give a scenario of a short to long switch inside of 60 days, which is a very aggressive trading strategy, I am not promoting any way of managing a portfolio but just giving examples of possible strategies.

My thought process is if you think they are not offering enough don't take the job, if you are worth more get a promotion or a new job, and similar concepts.
