Generally, greedy and self-absorbed people who end up lonely.

My initial turn off with Renatus is this: The sales pitch reminded me of sleazy commodities retail brokers. the pitch was slick for someone naive and greedy or jealous. 

People get greedy and want top of the market.

Housing in this country isn't a boat or a car, next to food, shelter is a social responsibility, something that many greedy, selfish and self centered types overlook.

Our CPA is saying we will be classified as a dealer/trader and subject self employment tax on the first 150k then regular short term capital gains tax.

Even if the brokers work for the same company anyone but the listing agent can help you as a Designated Dual Agent (all brokers in the same firm technically work for the seller until all parties involved sign a Designated Dual Agency agreement at which point the broker working for the buyer has a 100% fiduciary and ethical responsibility to the buyer )I am certain I probably made it sound very confusing but it can be involved, it is also the #1 reason a broker will be sued for malpractice simply because they either ignored it and got greedy or didn't truly understand the simple complexity of it.In a nutshell:All brokers in the MLS work for the seller UNTIL an agency agreement is in place to protect the buyer.  

The only way to survive in this business is to provide and honest product and not get Greedy.

Other wholesalers either can't get a big enough discount, or are too greedy and assign to big of an assignment fee.
