The Scammers always look for some loophole. 

They talk this way to secure the votes of the sheep and then make loopholes for their friends.

We can also cover and make safe as much as needed, but to demolish takes a Class 1.Now here's the big loophole and where that site becomes critical.

Read the statutes as a reasonable person would, don't hunt for what you think is a loophole like many do, they aren't lawyers, follow the intent of the law.

Here's one weird trick they don't want you to know - when you have 9756 pages of regulation your implicitly writing loopholes into the law VIs-a-vie regulatory capture.

This is new to me cause I would think there's more loopholes for fraud in mortgages, loans, lines of credit, etc!
