It was not easy, and I worked my rear off to achieve these results, but to think that I almost didn't jump in due to the cost is an incredibly scary prospect.

@Brendan Connolly.I would ditch the rear camera.

I openly tax people for a pain in my rear.

One of my rear homes is about 470 sq ft and the other is about 750 sq ft.

Both Units have front and rear access.

River Cottage with 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, rear screened porch, front porch, hot tub and two fireplaces right on the Katy Trail.

(Each with own front and rear entry and basements) I've looked at zillow and some craigslist, but not quite sure what's comparable, or if people are really getting what they're asking.

@Angel Pedroza Loopnet and crexi are the 2 websites I know of, but those usually are the deals that been shopped around and found no takers (unless the broker is new - which is very rear).Find the brokers in the area you are targeting, and provide them you cafeterias.

I don't know about this program but think logically can anyone learn to make hundreds of thousands of dollars in a 10 hour course.. pretty much anything that would be mentioned in a 10 hour course your going to find on the internet.. and as well just go to E bay and buy used guru course materials and CDs for usually 20 to 50 bucks.. those are worth the money take your time listening to all of those and you should get some understanding.. but at its base.. wholesaling is no mystery.. you simply buy low sell high.. how you do it is you market your rear end off.. wholesaling in the Orlando area dried up about 3 years ago.. most of the bigger players exited the market simply not enough deals ..
