Think of east coast rich people on bad romcoms or made-for-tv Christmas movies that talk about "summering in the Hamptons" with sweaters wrapped around their necks wearing collared shirts with no buttons, sporting bad hair cuts. 

I do see the interest with its proximity to Crosstown, but it's a gamble on how long it will take for the surrounding areas to be impacted by that development and you would want to be sure you don't lose money waiting on the appreciation that may or may not happen.

Not sure if I will get in trouble for saying this but I’m not a huge sports fan...I know I know. 

I considered using him, but his online presence is really poor, which means unfortunately I'm not going to take a gamble with a huge investment, on him.

Due to the time restraint of my sport and school, I have not had time to buy more properties in need of repair because I am too busy to do the work, and I don't have the money to pay a contractor right now.

I love to read, learn new things, meet new people and above all I'm a huge sports junky (GO CHIEFS).Looking forward to connecting with all of you!

I would love to meet and connect with like minded individuals who are on the similar journey or have achieved it and would like to banter about sports, dogs and our beloved Toronto Raptors.

Their downtown is always improving, they have the Indy 500, professional sports teams, great universities, all of which to me sound like great reasons for people of all ages to consider being there.
