Also the national speakers are excellent at selling you more stuff....software...or education...so hold on to your wallet.If they're reselling tax liens and deeds to you....I've never heard of anyone being successful buying consistently from a reseller.

It's easy to sit in the crowd and just listen to speakers, but the real value comes in networking so be intentional in that regard.
