I’ve been thinking it’s about time for the market to transition to a buyers market.

They now pay on time, but it took us a couple of years to get that to happen smoothly.

I live 30 minutes outside Chicago and I'm attempting to start a second career as a real estate investor and agent.I've been a full-time career Firefighter/Paramedic for 13 years and I want to find another career to transition into so I can leave the fire service in 8-10 years.  

I am currently in a secure position to make this transition and feel the need to advantage of this opportunity to get out while I have the resources.

I will be closing in a couple weeks everything has gone very smoothly. 

I don't have any personal experience with transitioning Personal Properties into an LLC, but a change of ownership will cause your Title Insurance to become invalid. 

They also understand the rental business here and will help to just transition the existing service so your renters in-place are not affected. 

He could survey a vacant lot where the proposed plant was to be built and using a slide ruler with a tape measure he could pinpoint within an inch the exact same location the licensed surveyors marked using their transits.  

That isn't really what you need, but if you are cash-flowing, it might allow you to get into some kind of transition loan.
