I give them Tenant references and a link to pictures of houses that we have previously refinished.

Interior has been totally redone-probably within the last two years including new kitchen, refinishing all hardwood floors, paint, new bathroom, etc.

At this point, I know that it has been rehabbed to the extent of indoor/ outdoor paint and refinished hardwood floors (not much, I know).

A little more about myself: I am also a student working on my business degree, I love refinishing and building furniture in my spare time, and I am a proud mom of a beautiful black lab mix who just turned 1 this month!

A well respected rehabber in my area is finishing a house in my neighborhood, and he chose to refinish the existing windows rather than replace.

Any Idea what the cost would be to re-finish/re-paint those cabinets?

Probably has 7-10yr useful life remaining.I was planning on refinishing the hardwood floors in the living, hall, & bedrooms, but tenant moved in early.

However, the carpet in the bedrooms needs to be replaced, the wood in the living rooms needs refinishing, so does the deck, the outside of the house needs repainting, and the property needs a fence (we have dogs and it has no fence).

I am pretty sure I can just refinish them but not sure if just replacing them is worth it.
