Apparently chicago has the 3 strike rule and he already has 2 strikes so I'm going to push for this to go to criminal trial so he will be put away for the rest of his life

Trying to strike my 1st MHP deal. 

Hey Everyone,As a recent college grad with a finance degree and a knack for real estate investing, it is striking to see what is going on in the housing market.

It's worked for me, but I like striking up conversations with people and feel comfortable doing it.

My wife recently got her real estate licence and she has been making all my offers but so far 6 strike outs.We are almost always going in above asking - no contingencies - cash (hard money) - 21 day close date.

No getting locked out, and you can change the code if you don't trust a recent move-out.The thing with latches is you have to make sure the strike is properly installed to engage the anti-jimmy plunger in the latch, that half-moon shaped piece behind the latch itself.

Strike one.  

To keep this short, I will say you have to strike a good balance, but more importantly, plan ahead for your responses to your tenants.

So long story long, striking a balance is a challenge.

Its a shame the Vancouver has become so destabilized, I've visited several times over the last 10-15 years and it always strikes me as a wonderful place for people live.
