An important distinction should be made between people who speculated in real estate, and  those who invest in real estate, sell real estate, and broker real estate, and also bring up the amount of money needed to participate in this business. 

I remember distinctly not long ago when many REI (and others) hit that date when they wanted to retire, depending on the equity/value of their investments to carry them through.

I get the distinct impression you want to use it sometimes so it needs to be closer rather than farther.There are a lot of mountains out here in the west.
