I know a lot comes from time and connections so I've been focused on just learning the game as much as possible!

Initially we thought weekends for football games, homecoming, graduation and ect would be our clientele but  I’m liking the idea of weekly stays from these types of guests.  

The loan has been a game-changer, minimizing the upfront costs.

I can only assume that it is because the situation was so clear cut that they were a REP (IE full time development), the audits were focused around other issues.

Remember that real estate is a get rich slow game!
