It seems you are the only person who understood the question wanting to know what a seller makes (not even sure how or why you think that).As a typical part of the DD process it is not uncommon to ask for property/entity tax returns.

That's not going to stop me, I'm currently building a team over in Birmingham to get my portfolio started, but I wanted to get some advice about how the out of state buying process normally works.

Seemed like they had the process down.  

You can't wholesale with a license unless that is part of the brokerage process and they get paid, which wouldn't really be wholesaling since it would be on the market.

I'm in the process of developing a property and will decide on an exit strategy when it's done. 

Make sure the property will pass a Section 8 inspection without too much trouble, as these inspections can be quite thorough.Realtors, Inspectors & Contractors: You want a team that knows the Section 8 process well.

Hello everyone,I'm in the process of purchasing my first fourplex rental property, wondering what other investors in the area use for rental property insurance in the Cedar Rapids area.

During the whole lead abatement process I had to move the family to another location at my expense. 

I don't really know the whole process of when plumbers change all of the pipes to copper and what it looks like.
