Doing an installment sale isn't a sale that attempts to obtain excess equities.Need to expose your foreclosed properties to the market, not sell from backroom deals.Selling to an investor for cash is fine, an equity loan is a horse of a different color, residential or commercial.

., and is currently driving luxury prices skyward.The last time I was in Toronto, an awful lot of those condo towers were nearly completely dark at night.For what it's worth, I sit in my chair here in Cleveland and simply cannot understand why the market would allow for a Manhattan closet condo to sell for more than an entire city block here.

Once dried out, they replaced sheetrock and repainted, evaluated the wooden floors and were able to sand and restain them (and are happier with the new color), and of course fixed the pipe/furnace.

I know most agents and sellers are using point 'n shoot cameras, nothing wrong with that if you know how to use them.If I were a seller, and I saw images of my house being marketed with dark rooms, pictures of just a closet door in a room (yes, I've seen that), a picture of a toilet, yard with every imaginable toy and junk thrown all over, and even a listing with a caption that said "great 2 car driveway, not shown due to photo angle", I'd be very upset.
