The experience made me add no smoking to my leases.

There are ionizers that help to remove smoke odor and sometimes after we clean the wood we spray paint it with B.I.N. alcolohol based paint.Overall, I don't know why, but I love fixing up properties that had major fires.

Rick what are you smoking buddy I work for Intel and how could you let someone live in your house for 4 months without paying you rent bro...don't eviction take like 3 weeks....sounds fishy to me. 

The purpose of a PM is to **not** work on the rentals but use your time for other things, whether it’s finding and buying more rentals, working some other job, smoking weed all day, surfing, or whatever else floats your boat.

Chris, I don't have a template I can give you, but we check/change air filters, smoke detector batteries and do a look over the overall condition of the interior and exterior of the house.
