We are seeing a glimmer of it now in the Q3 reports....the real blood will be in Q4 and 2009 forecasts.The retail numbers that came out today and led to the sell off are really just the begining of what investors will see on balance sheets/income statments.

If you're seen as acting out of desperation, that's like blood in the water to sharks, people won't deal with you, you'll never build trust and most anything you say will be questioned. :)

With a little blood, sweat and tears you have no vacancy.

So when you go to sell, unless your market skyrockets, you are not going to make much if any after only making a handful of payments.In my opinion the better option is to put the 3.5% down (FHA), put your blood, sweat, tears and money into it.

If the distance or height is different, you'll have to do more work - shorten the pipes between the union and the water heater if the new heater is taller, lengthen them if the new heater is shorter, or remove the other half of the union and install a flexible pipe (see below).Sometimes, instead of unions, there are flexible pipes from the rigid pipe to the water heater - either copper tubing (thinner than normal copper pipe, so you can bend it a little), or flexible hoses, sort of like what you hook up a toilet or sink with. 

There is blood on the carpet but not a large space, about 3-4 square feet.

It isn’t like there’s a rapist loose or the old tenants wrote Helter skelter on the walls in human blood .

This really boils my blood.

If the floors are really out of whack, get thinner flexible flooring so it follows the dips and bumps and doesn't have voids under it when you walk 

It is like blood -- if blood is not flowing, everything shuts down.
