www.corporatedirect.com is the same firm Robert Kiyosaki uses so I'm pretty sure they provide a good value.They charge a flat fee $695.00 for a llc and it includes the first year of Registered Agent service.After that it's just your state fee (different for each state) and you are all set with a professionally created llc.I'm setting mine up this afternoon.Best of success!
