I should have done due diligence and looked into her background, but I had had such a good experience with the other PM that I just never thought to do it.

The house is solid, with no nightmarish issues costing us big bucks, or rather, nothing that I couldn't handle myself, with my ever-expanding renovation background, for basically peanuts.

The market is still overwhelmingly dominated by husband/wife/kids families buying homes to live in, and they don't want to share walls.

If you keep dad and he gets added to the lease, he needs to go through the same background check(s) you put the couple through. 

In addition, I informed her that I would be using Smart Move to run a background check and credit check.  

We run the main applicants background check on mysmartmove.com and teh second person only if the first one comes back with questionmarks.

My background is in sales and marketing, most recently at the door to door level. 

I'm in short vacation rentals here in Scottsdale, but i am also looking for network with others in the space.I come from a finance background and understand how to implement/improve systems.
