Also, if your considering a project like this and don't have any game plan on how you are going to attack it, it is probably too much to get into with your particular experience level.

@Bill Gulley there is no need to be rude or attack someone personally when they are trying to be helpful.

There are so many different ways to attack REI and it becomes very discouraging. 

And when you are feeling down, always remember that you didn't get attacked by a Bear and saw your son murdered in front of you!
