Take your time to find the right tenant I’d much rather have a vacant house with no rent than an occupied one where my gambles on a tenant didn’t pay out.  

Easiest way to find out for your self use some spam emails and set up test accounts most of the different software have free versions.Hope that helps!

Based on Stats and sales here in CA everything is still appreciating multiple offers on all listings very low inventory According to data released Friday by real estate firm DQNews, the median home sales price in the region rose by 10.1 percent from December 2019 to $600,000 in December 2020, with sales rising by 29 percent over 2019, So will Gamble and keep my Real Estate in California for the next 4 years mortgages are now all paid off and we have zero vacancies. my prop 13 property Taxes are much less than Texas is currently for the same valued structures.
