What do the Legal Eagles of BP think about all of this...hypothetically of course? 

Also, I have good connections at Waterman State Bank, First Eagle, and Wintrust (which is a a bigger bank).What are you looking for and why are you switching? 

Unfortunately, I am not sure what the legal eagles will make of this.

One had deep hot pink fixtures, one had peach, one had yellow, the master had white all with matching tubs, sinks, toilets, light fixtures but all the light fixtures in the master room were silver as opposed to gold in the other rooms.

Invest in Rockville, Silver Spring, DC and Frederick.

I get a lot of calls from out of state investors and most of them end nowhere; I think often the expectations are too high - while it's very possible and we close deals every week, you don't get deals on a silver platter, most of them don't look perfect when you first see them and often you have to "make" them into a deal, which requires work and the willingness to invest your time and energy on top of your capital.

I am just saying mathematically it is not some silver bullet. 

But on the positive side Eagle River and Lake Tomahawk are both very popular vacation spots that Minocqua can feed off of, especially if your property has some sort of waterfront access.
