I've promoted them a lot here (even got a surprise 1-month membership extension when a BP member joined and mentioned my name!)

I intend to carry the same philosophies to real estate investing.1 - Delegation2 - Replication3 - Prioritization4 - Segmentation5 - DocumentationDon't mean to sound like a paid J Scott promoter or anything, but these resources have helped me, and since he's already jumped in the forum, I thought I would share.  

You could step into some misrepresentation/fraud issues by "offering/promoting" tax deductions that may not exist/apply.

The city was promoting renovation in Reservoir Hill a decade ago and it is no better today then back then.

I was able to work the sales/promotions and only spend $3,100 for the cabinetry, normally $5,200. 

It seems like there are a lot of out of state investors that post on BP that have only owned for 1-3 years (still in the "giddy" honeymoon phase), or there are turn key salesmen promoting their areas.  

They do not understand the balance neccessary to promote a healthy private sector but rather insist on a balanced budget without any logic behind it besides it makes sense for a business....

Just asking that you calm the marketing side of promotion a bit and demonstrate knowledge of the nuts and bolts and we will get along fine

I will be promoting BP here on my own since I will be wearing its only one T shirt available in this country!
