A quick tip for flipping is you will find it easier to find properties in PG County and in DC to flip.

The only part of the area with any sluggishness is southern PG County. 

I have 1 really good one, and one slot that I seem to turn over quite often.. haha I am actually getting ready to fire the one and hire another...
