I still think it's much better than Hostaway, but there is so much I still can't do with Guesty. 

Typically in Kihei the 1 beds offer a better cash on cash return but if you need a 2 bed for personal use that would make sense . 

This is when you buy a primary residence (1 to 4 units, the more the better) which you can usually get for a very low down payment and get the best interest rates on and then rent out other units and/or bedrooms within your unit to pay for the mortgage and other expenses.

I don't particularly like FB marketplace, either...I just keep using it because it's worked better for me than the alternatives... 

Short term lenders balance sheet lenders like myself love pre-pays as most of our profit is in fees, so the quicker we can get the money back the better to relend the same funds.

Some agencies are better than others, but the bad ones are a nightmare and there is not much you can do about it.

Tons of jobs and growth which allow for better tenant selection, low crime/safe, etc.
