I have a work order for my investment properties but is is so generic that's its lacking.

Mostly because only a very few people were doing it, the people who were had the cash to close; if we wanted to “flip the contract” almost every title company would do a double closing, and some very motivated lenders were willing to finance the end buyer’s total purchase price.Now, I receive 5-10 texts weekly wanting to buy my properties; God knows how many phone calls (unanswered), spam (junk filtered) emails galore, and if I happen to inadvertently answer the phone call I get a person who can barely communicate in English reading in monotone from a prepared generic script where it’s totally obvious that I would be wasting my time with someone who is mass marketing looking for a seller who knows nothing about the value of their property.One individual called me a few times(years ago), had researched what I owned, how much I owed, and the likelihood I would be amiable to an offer.  

I believe this came from Medicare, not wanting an itemized invoice for $$$.I know a couple groups of doc that invest in real estate, and the always invest in specialty things like the $1M magnet in the MRI machine & the imaging center, and surgi-centers, not "generic" office space.

They'll give it to you straight while many realtors might have less specific/more general/generic knowledge.

If you're using a generic service I'd recommend giving them idiot proof instructions.

It has a generic name and I draft a note and d of t and record it.  

I believe they can give a generic letter showing the amount you're prequalified for.

My advice was more generic .If you pay off your mortgage early and don't generate cashflow, you won't pay any tax because of 0 income from property.

I could see success if there is a property specific draw or unique feature for the property that draws occupancy but just a generic furnished house will be a problem in my opinion.

Rather than generic prefab cabins consider designing small simple Cracker style homestead houses.
