I do not have a FL license (hence the "unpaid" part), but do have a strong resume to attest to my work ethic and intellectual capacity.I already have one (unpaid, 15-25hr/week) internship lined up with a brokerage in Miami Beach that does high-end luxury residential and commercial developments.

I keep seeing on wwww.homepath.com the logo for homepath mortgage and homepath renovation mortgage.Does anyone have any experience using these as an investor and is there any different treatment vs getting my own financing through my local bank?

The tenant might have only a doctor's note that describes a condition and how the companion animal is a recommended treatment.

It's not illegal if that is what you are asking however some would argue there are some ethic and agency issues at play being an agent doing sub2 deals.

I don't have the platform set up for that, or the ethics to take someone's money for something I don't own yet and thus can't sell them.I can't imagine anyone with true experience/knowledge in this industry would want to deal with them anyways.
