Run a through bolt though the board, and garage siding/osb into the garage3. attach ratchet strap to through bolt4. attach other end of strap across the garage to through bolt on another board which is mounted to the floor using two 1/2 inch concrete anchors.

Apparently clayey soil is the root of the issue and the downward pressure of the house caused the rear stem wall to rotate laterally 1/2 inch and sink 3/4 inch.

Looks like an LG WM3488HW is designed to be placed under a counter, since it is 33.75 inches in height and offers vent-less drying.A bit pricey but looks like it would work.

If you build out of metal with a six inch slab you are looking at about 10 to 20 dollars a foot under the 12000' foot threshold with no sprinklers.

If so, I wouldn't be scared in the least to deal with that as an fyi.As a last note, in Florida building code requires on a mold remediation to cut the drywall up (x) inches above the mold area and replace that drywall so make sure to check with local municipality building codes when get repairs done.Best of luck!
