While by removing them from the site, we reduce the odds that someone here will work with these dishonest people, I wonder if we'd do more good by calling them out so people would see who they are and be aware of them....I'm not promising that we'll make any changes to our current policy, but I'd be very curious to take the temperature of our users to see what you think is the best way to handle this.Thanks, Josh

Bathroom flooring tile or laminate?

Due to the wood subfloor, the bathroom floors have a little give to them and one of the small tiles is cracked. not a big enough deal to replace (2 inch tile) but knowing how difficult it is to stabilize old wood floors with the seasonal temperature/humidity changes in our area...we'll be doing allure in the future.Thats one reason to install a crack isolation membrane before tiling.

They have a temperature switch activated blower with Hi/Low speeds, so I installed separate wall switch circuits so the tenants don't need to lay on the floor to fumble for the switching.

I would strongly advise not going to college (especially if you already know what you'd like to do), or at least not in the traditional sense.I took as many classes in the trades (carpentry, automotive, welding, etc) as possible during high school.
