Thanks again  check with the local COOPS, banco popular, 1st bank, etc... you should be able to google banks in the local area. the hard part is getting them to answer the phone. if you have to show up to talk to someone, be prepared to wait in line or spend a day there.

First off I would say be preparred to see people who you love and respect judge the financial journey you will start down.

The prepared me a quote that is low price (That is nice), but I am not sure if I am covering all the bases.

It seems like a contractor could specialize in doing this kind of work and maybe streamline the process a bit.
