But, you can't determine quality by simply what they charge.....as there are plenty of terrible agents who also charge a lot.You'll need to determine what value they bring to you personally and do a cost benefit analysis of whether the cost is worth it to you or not.

If you're lowering your living expenses at all while buying an asset then I consider it a win. 

Real estate in any form simply is not that complicated and you would spend less just paying an attorney by the hour to fill in the holes for you or  a really good RE broker.

It was a BIG win for us.I think you're right, this will help many others considering small MF (2-4 units) as their primary property.

Dont call the guy down the street that is simply an attorney, you want an eviction attorney.
