Anything that would involve marketing that included pictures of people on a bike on top of a hill, relaxing on a boat, jumping ecstatically on a beach at sunset, taking selfies at famous tourist sites, and the big one, any pictures of desirable cars would be included in the list of stuff to stay away from.Good luck, Rob.

Relax and get yourself under control .put some cameras up maybe add a few security yard signs off eBay and keep an eye out for mischief 

Start small if you are afraid of failure, don't put in more than you can afford and you will build your investing muscle one property at a time

I'm wondering how I got the original mortgage in 2009 if it was zoned as a duplex back then...a more relaxed appraisal, I guess.I'm seriously considering combining two units and calling it a threeplex to avoid the pain of dealing with the city. 

They relaxed the easement rules but I am not sure if they apply in your case.

Some credit unions have a little more relaxed rules.
