What are you good and bad experiences with:Kitchens: countertops, flooring, appliances, etc.Bathrooms: tile types and materials, shower/bath (plastic insert vs. tub & tile, etc.), toilets, faucets, etc.General: flooring, window treatments, anything else.Thanks!

@Mark Fries just so we all understand how impeachment works - the President can (and probably will be) impeached but it’s VERY unlikely he’ll be removed from office because it will not get through the Senate (they need 67 votes for removal and the Senate is controlled by the GOP) - not going to happen.

I've never even heard of an electrical surge frying appliances, although I have heard of tree roots destroying old terra-cotta style sewer lines.  

We put in a cheap carpet from HD in a SFR that was apparently made from plastic bottles.
