I was a little older than you when I started... 25, but had the same concerns..... so I actually migrated towards the neighborhoods near our local university, where I could cater to young adults.... and I'd just tell them I manage the property-nobody, with the exception of parents asks who owns it.... they don't really know or care who ultimately owns the property.
