I'm sorry if this is the incorrect place for a post like this (I thought it would be since it's a question about an aspect of the podcast), but I had a question about the music behind one of the ad read's that Brandon does on the BiggerPocket's podcast.

What about it do you think is outdated or incorrect?

Fast forward seven years, we found out what we were told was incorrect and the attorney did not know what they were talking about.We are now sending a letter of default and acceleration, but we need to figure out how much the payee owes including penalty and interest.

I'll agree that your CPA is incorrect.

He'd successfully removed an incorrect derogatory comment from 2 of the 3 credit reporting agencies, his internet source for his non-mortgage score happened to be reporting the 3rd (it was a car loan "late" payment, so perhaps his car loan FICO score being used is why it was lower than his mortgage score).So I am sure you will understand my skepticism when it comes to self-reported scores.

As you hear unfamiliar terms or concepts, use the power of google to educate yourself on the topics so that you aren’t misled by incorrect info or people that have a different goal/approach to RE than you. 

Am I reading that incorrectly?

Before you try to buy a portfolio of 100 homes, you’d probably want to work out the quirks and get familiar with the process.

As if that weren't enough,  Intuit's Customer Service for this product is among the worst I have ever encountered -- long delays, uninformed representatives, incorrect and misleading answers -- you name it.
