What we do to get the best rate possible is illustrated below.Once we get a property under contract, we solicit buydown rates from multiple lenders.

We would not use a COC/ROI metric to compare but we can take a little bit of a better look for illustration purposes.

I get that in your example you are trying to illustrate price squeezes, but comparing McDonald's operating strategy to real estate isn't a good analogy.

There are only 2-3 really good companies I use for IUL and I like to run my illustrations at conservative interest rates and max funded. appreciate your comment and insight. best,Mike
